SHIPPING POLICY - Dixie Outfitters of Madison Heights (DOMH)
Dixie Outfitters begins PROCESSING of your order within 48 hours. Due to the various shipping services used, please allow up to 10 BUSINESS days for your merchandise to arrive based on your location and which service is used. Dixie Outfitters can not ship merchandise outside of the USA at this time.  All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If this should occur, we will contact you with the new shipping charge before processing your order.

RETURN POLICY
We expect that our merchandise meets your expectations of quality. Therefore if you are unhappy with any of our merchandise, please contact us for a satisfactory resolution.

Refunds or Store Credit may be issued on merchandise that is defective or damaged upon receipt. All clothing must be unworn and returned with original packaging. Original and returning shipping costs are non-refundable. NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN ON MERCHANDISE RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL SHIPMENT DATE. To avoid problems, please include a copy of your original invoice with the merchandise so we can expedite the processing of any items in question. Civil War Uniforms are processed on an first come first served basis. The Uniforms may take as long as eight weeks for delivery.
